Domestic orders

Shipping Times and Rates

Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of order for items to be processed (this excludes holidays and weekends). Please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 10 extra business days. We’re working as fast as possible to get your order to you. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification to track the package to your door. Transit times may vary based on carrier and location.

Multiple orders will be shipped separately and cannot be combined. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages and not responsible for shipping delays on the shipping carrier’s part.

International Customers

Emmanuel Kann is pleased to offer International shipping. We offer worldwide shipping through UPS, DHL & USPS. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any custom fees and taxes. These fees are not calculated or applied by Emmanuel Kann. If you are unsure about the charges, we would recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

We are not able to edit or modify orders placed internationally. Please be sure to double check your order before placing.
